Johnson County Fair - Multi-purpose Arena

The new Event Facility will be a 72,000 sq-ft. pre-engineered metal building, large enough to allow for a rodeo arena, bleacher seating, concession area, operation office, classroom, restrooms, and storage. Seating for attendees will be available with built-in bleacher seating for 800. The lower portion of the bleachers will consist of box seating. The box seating will be open seating, using individual chairs. The bleachers will be ADA compliant and will have additional room for expansion in the future.
